‘The Woman in the Window’ Review

The Woman in the Window

Netflix

At first glance, The Woman in the Window seemed reminiscent of Hitchcock’s Rear Window (an all-time classic thriller).

I had high hopes with an all-star cast and Amy Adams playing the main character, whose agoraphobia (I still laugh that I learned about that from ‘What about Bob’) confines her to her NYC brownstone.

The good news is that it’s not exactly Rear Window so you won’t know exactly where it’s going. The bad news is, it doesn’t get really good until the very end. Can’t win them all, but a good rainy weekend (or if you are ready, airplane) movie.
