This Week’s Binge 11.13.20
Aside from my regular weekly series (still obsessed with The Undoing), started diving into my favorite Fall movies as well.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City
Bravo
A brand new city has been added to The Real Housewives franchise and I am intrigued. Happy to see what is probably the most diverse cast of any Housewives city, which has long been a call out from critics. And although religion plays a role in the conversation, I can tell from the first episode there is no lack of sin in this group.
‘The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’ airs weekly, so only one episode has been released, but there’s a feeling that this could be a sleeper hit. Time shall tell.

Industry
HBO
‘Industry’ follows a group of college graduates who enter the cutthroat world of finance in London. Although it has all the potential for great TV…a peek behind the curtain in an elusive business, it falls short.
What initially gave me finance vibes of ‘The Newsroom‘, ‘Industry’ doesn’t have the character development or compelling story. With so much technical jargon, it’s hard to know when and why you are supposed to be concerned or excited.
After one episode, I was not left wanting more.

Chappaquiddick
Netflix
After being completely absorbed by the election coverage for what felt like an eternity, ‘Chappaquiddick’ was the perfect transition back to entertainment.
You hear that word and know it has significance in American history but for many of us not sure exactly why. And like so many things I waited until the movie came out to get the real story (only half-kidding).
This is the story of how Ted Kennedy killed a girl and got away with it. Politics…am I right?
